Based on body weight; 150-180 Lbs = 1 capsule per serving 2 times per day.
Serving Size: 180-210 Lbs = 1 capsule per serving, 3 times per day.
Serving Size: 220 Lbs and more = 2 capsules per serving 2 times per day.
Suggested Use: Take 1 to 2 servings twice daily. One serving in the morning. One serving 6-8 hours later. Best taken 30-45 minutes before workouts.
